Joe Stiles has been in the mortgage industry for over 45 years and recently “repurposed” his career endeavors. Joe has always had a heart for our American veterans and served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War era.  Joe and joined the USO Houston volunteer team about 7 years ago. 

Joe serves our current and retired military at the USO Hobby Airport.  In 2017, Joe was awarded the Spotlight Award by the Houston Airport System, which is the highest award offered any volunteer serving in the entire airport system.  In 2019, Joe joined the Houston USO Speakers Bureau to share the message of the USO to all Houstonians and beyond.

Ken Roseboom is an executive leadership coach with Thinking Partners, The Leadership Coaching Company. Ken leverages the experience from his 37-year career with Chevron as a project manager in his coaching practice. Ken’s coaching clients are challenged to discover new perspectives, improve emotional fluency and take actions that get the results they want.  When working with teams Ken focuses on building strong relationships by building trust, learning to have tough conversations, being accountable and driving alignment to common organization goals. 

Ken has lived in West Houston since 1996 when he bought a bumper sticker that said, “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could”.
